SHIROKAI Widebody Guide: All Nine Kits at Merrick Motorsports

A widebody build should start with the right kit, not a pile of almost-compatible parts. Merrick Motorsports carries nine SHIROKAI widebody kit listings spanning Mustang, Charger, Challenger, Camaro and BMW M4 applications. Here is the complete SHIROKAI kit lineup in our catalog, with a photo and shopping link for every kit.

These are nine vehicle-specific kit listings, not nine universal packages. Spoiler choices and other configurations within a listing are options, not additional kits. Photos show completed modified vehicles; wheels, suspension, paint and every pictured accessory are not automatically included.

1. 2005–2009 Ford Mustang S197 Widebody Kit

Red early S197 Mustang with widened fenders

The early S197 package brings a broad stance to the 2005–2009 Mustang. The listing specifies automotive ABS, front and rear flares, side skirts, bumper endings and a front lip. Listed added width is 9 cm per side at the front and 12 cm per side at the rear.

GT and V6 cars with stock bumpers are the primary direct-fit applications described. The 2007–2009 GT500 requires bumper modifications. The ducktail is included only with the corresponding full-kit configuration; convertibles exclude the spoiler because of their trunk configuration. Mounting hardware is sold separately.

2. 2013–2014 Ford Mustang S197 Widebody Kit

Black facelift S197 Mustang with flared fenders

The later S197 kit is a separate application, not simply a different photo of the early package. It lists ABS construction, flares, side skirts, bumper endings and front lip, with 9 cm of added width per side at the front and 12 cm at the rear.

The description identifies 2013–2014 GT/V6 applications. A 2010–2012 car requires front-section modifications or a suitable fascia swap, so do not treat that range as a direct fit. GT500 bumper details also need checking. The ducktail depends on the selected full-kit configuration, convertibles exclude it, and mounting hardware is sold separately.

3. 2015–2017 Ford Mustang S550 Widebody Kit

Gray pre-facelift S550 Mustang with widened arches

This kit is for the pre-facelift S550. Its listing specifies 3.5 mm automotive ABS, front and rear flares, side skirts, bumper endings and front lip. Listed added width is 90 mm per side at the front and 110 mm per side at the rear.

GT and EcoBoost fitment is described, but GT350 and non-GT bumper configurations require a careful bumper-ending test fit. The rear ducktail is included only with the full-kit-with-ducktail option. Convertibles exclude that spoiler, and hardware is sold separately. This is not the 2018–2023 kit.

4. 2018–2023 Ford Mustang S550 Widebody Kit

Dark facelift S550 Mustang with broad fender flares

The facelift S550 gets its own kit, with 3.5 mm ABS panels and listed added width of 90 mm per side at the front and 110 mm at the rear. The package describes flares, side skirts, bumper endings and a front lip.

Confirm GT/EcoBoost and actual bumper configuration. The listing specifically flags GT350 and non-GT bumper test-fitting. Ducktail inclusion depends on your configuration, convertibles exclude it, and mounting hardware is not included. Do not order this version for a 2015–2017 car simply because both are called S550.

5. 2011–2014 Dodge Charger Widebody Kit

Silver early LD Charger with widened fenders

This package is designed around the earlier LD Charger body. The listing describes ABS flares, side skirts, bumper endings, front lip and rear trunk spoiler. Listed added width is 8 cm per side at the front and 11 cm per side at the rear.

The fitment table distinguishes SRT8/Super Bee from R/T, SXT and SE applications, which require front-bumper modifications. A 2015–2023 Charger uses a different kit. Confirm the trim and bumper before scheduling bodywork.

6. 2015–2023 Dodge Charger Widebody Kit

Black later Charger with wide fender extensions

The later Charger package lists ABS front and rear flares, side skirts, bumper endings and a rear ducktail. Listed added width is 8 cm per side at the front and 11 cm per side at the rear. Mounting hardware is sold separately.

The installation notes distinguish SRT applications, adjustments for factory-widebody cars and bumper modifications for R/T and lower trims. Those details matter more than the broad model-year title. Check package contents before adding a separate ducktail, since one is already described in this kit.

7. 2008–2023 Dodge Challenger Widebody Kit

Orange Challenger with wide arches viewed from the front

The Challenger package is the broad-shouldered Mopar option in this lineup. The description lists ABS flares, side skirts, bumper endings, a front lip and rear ducktail, with 11 cm of added width per side at the front and 13 cm at the rear.

The title includes Hellcat, but use the detailed fitment notes for your actual year and trim. Earlier cars and R/T applications need a bumper check and test fit. A broad application range does not mean every bumper and existing modification is interchangeable.

8. 2016–2024 Chevrolet Camaro Widebody Kit

Red sixth-generation Camaro with extended fender arches

The sixth-generation Camaro kit lists ABS front and rear flares, side skirts, bumper endings, front lip and rear trunk spoiler. Listed added width is 8 cm per side at the front and 10 cm per side at the rear.

The detailed table identifies different requirements for SS, LT/RS and ZL1 applications. ZL1 front-lip customization and other bumper modifications may be necessary. Convertibles have a spoiler limitation due to the different trunk lid. Confirm the exact configuration rather than treating every sixth-generation Camaro as the same body.

9. 2014–2020 BMW M4 F82 Widebody Kit

Red BMW M4 with wide fenders and a black front splitter

The M4 brings a different platform to the lineup. The description lists ABS front and rear flares, side skirts, side splitters, bumper endings, a front splitter and rear trunk spoiler. Listed added width is 8 cm per side at the front and 10 cm at the rear.

The fitment table covers the F82 M4 coupe and F83 M4 convertible. A non-M F32/F33 4 Series is not the same confirmed application: the listing describes possible customization without a fitment guarantee. Confirm the exact vehicle before buying.

Before You Go Wide

Choose the application before the color scheme. Have your installer review the exact bumper, body style, existing modifications, mounting method and required hardware. Confirm the contents of your selected configuration, then plan test-fitting, paint or wrap and wheel-and-tire clearance together.

Added body width is not a wheel-offset prescription and does not guarantee improved grip, downforce or handling. Photos illustrate completed builds, not an itemized parts list. Check current availability and production timing before booking installation.

Explore the nine SHIROKAI widebody kits at Merrick Motorsports and pick the package that belongs on your actual car. The goal is a coordinated build, not an expensive compatibility puzzle.
